The Staff at Norlands Nursing Home
Our care home is family run and managed by the highly qualified and experience Tracey Wood. All our nursing staff are fully qualified, hand picked and given full induction training. Our staff are continually given opportunities for professional development and training to keep them up to date on all aspects of residential care.
At Norlands every resident is allocated a key worker and their role is to get to know their allocated resident particularly well and to ensure their day-to-day needs are met. All new residents are assessed and a care plan put in place by a senior member of staff. It is of our upmost importance to design and keep a tailored care plan of each individual and work closely with residents and relatives on keeping the care plan fresh and relevant. We aim to foster good relationships with the residents and encourage independence and choice in all aspects of care.
All medical services are provided by the local Doctor.
